Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5β10 business days.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and digital downloads.

Items purchased under βfinal saleβ or βclearanceβ unless defective.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or defective products.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
